NOTE: These are NOT full day meetings, this is a come and go event. Each band member who has reached the age of majority must verify their membership with an affidavit that will be provided by CHCN. This process will need to be completed before each band member receives their final payment. Payments will not be made at the event. The event is simply one where band members will be asked to sign documents that will allow for payment at a later date
